Site-Based Interview Training Schedule
2023-2024
ALL persons involved in site-based screening and interviews for SEA-represented positions must attend this training. If you are interested in serving on an upcoming interview team for a SEA-represented position in Seattle Public Schools, please attend a Site-Based Interview training. SPS/SEA site-based interview training is open to all administrators, certificated and classified employees, as well as parents, students, and community representatives. This training will prepare individuals to participate in interview teams to hire for positions that are represented by the Seattle Education Association (SEA) - Certificated, Paraprofessional, and SAEOP employee groups.

Training is in Microsoft Teams.
All training sessions are on Tuesdays, from 4 – 5:30 p.m. on the following dates:

(All trainings will be held via Microsoft Teams - SPS will provide a link to the session day-of.)
The site-based interview training must be taken once every 3 years.
