Interview Hiring Training

ALL persons involved in site-based screening and interviews for SEA represented positions must attend this training.  If you are interested in serving on an upcoming interview team for a SEA represented position in Seattle Public Schools, please attend a Site-Based Interview training.   SPS/SEA site-based interview trainings are open to all administrators, certificated and classified employees, as well as parents, students and community representatives.  This training will prepare individuals to participate on interview teams to hire for positions that are represented by the Seattle Education Association (SEA) - Certificated, Paraprofessional, and SAEOP employee groups.   

Hiring trainings are held once a month throughout the school year. You must pre-register if you wish to attend. You can do so by emailing your full name, email address and contact phone number to Seattle Education Association, at:  SEA@WashingtonEA.org.
