Interview Hiring Training

ALL persons involved in site-based screening and interviews for SEA represented positions must attend this training.  If you are interested in serving on an upcoming interview team for a SEA represented position in Seattle Public Schools, please attend a Site-Based Interview training.   SPS/SEA site-based interview trainings are open to all administrators, certificated and classified employees, as well as parents, students and community representatives.  This training will prepare individuals to participate on interview teams to hire for positions that are represented by the Seattle Education Association (SEA) - Certificated, Paraprofessional, and SAEOP employee groups.   

Hiring trainings are held generally once a month throughout the school year. You must pre-register if you wish to attend. You can do so by emailing your full name, email address and contact phone number to Seattle Education Association, at:  SEA@WashingtonEA.orgTime of each session is from 4PM - 5PM.

(All trainings will be held via Microsoft Teams - SPS will provide a link to the session.)

NOTE: The site-based interview training must be taken once every 3 years. If you are unsure of the date that you took the training, click on the link below that applies to you to see the date reference in the spreadsheet.
